City of Onaway Master Plan begins 63-day review
NEMCOG has worked with the City of Onaway to complete an update of the City Master Plan. The City Council has approved the draft for distribution to adjacent communities and required agencies. Pursuant to Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, your community/agency has 63 days from the receipt of this draft plan to review and submit comments. Please forward this plan to your Planning Commission and any other interested party. The City of Onaway Planning Commission is holding a public hearing at the City Hall at 20774 State Street, Onaway MI, for the Master Plan on July 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm, to review all comments and officially recommend plan for adoption.
