Greenwood Township Master Plan
Please be advised that the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG), in coordination with Greenwood Township, has completed an update to the Greenwood Township Master Plan. The Greenwood Township Board has approved the draft Master Plan for distribution to adjacent communities and all required agencies.
In accordance with Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, your community/agency has 63 days from receipt of this notice to review the draft plan and submit any comments. Please forward the draft to your Planning Commission and any other relevant parties for review.

The Greenwood Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the draft Master Plan on April 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Greenwood Township Hall, 4030 Williams Road, Lewiston, Michigan, to review all received comments and to formally consider recommending the plan for adoption.
