Village of Pellston Master Plan Amendment Notice
The Village of Pellston, Emmet County, is pleased to announce that the draft version of its Master Plan Amendment is now available for public review and comment. Residents, local businesses, and community stakeholders are encouraged to participate in shaping the future of the Village by providing feedback during the public comment period.
This long-range planning document will guide the Village’s growth, land use, infrastructure, recreational amenities, and overall community development over the coming years.
The Village of Pellston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on April 6, 2026, at the Village Hall, located at 125 N. Milton Street, Pellston, Michigan, to review all received comments and to formally consider recommending the plan for adoption.
