Village of Pellston Downtown Development Plan
The 2025-2045 Village of Pellston Downtown Development Plan draft is now available for a 30-day public review and comment period. The draft plan can be viewed at the Village Hall at 125 N. Milton St., Pellston, MI 49769, or downloaded from the Village of Pellston website, or from this website by clicking below.
How to submit comments
1. Comments can be submitted at the Village Hall during normal business hours.
2. Written comments may also be sent to NEMCOG, Attn: Linda Damer, PO Box 457, Gaylord, MI 49734, or via email at ldamer@nemcog.org.
Public Hearing
Following the 30-day review, the Village Council will hold a public hearing on the Downtown Development Plan during their regular meeting on November 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall. The public hearing provides an opportunity to participate in the final development of the Downtown Development Plan.
