What: Newspapers, ads, flyers, comics, envelopes, copy paper, phone books, glossy magazines, and hard cover books (take the hard covers off prior to recycling).
Where: Alpena Recycling Facility & Recycle Drop Off Sites
How: Bundle or loose, no bags please. The only BAGS allowed are for shredded paper.
NOT Accepted: Tissues, paper towels, napkins, paper plates.
