MEDC Collaborative Development Council (CDC)

The Collaborative Development Council (CDC) has representatives from state and local agencies' economic development professionals. The CDC members work together to develop regional strategies to assist in improving the economic outlook for the region.  The CDC is convened by the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG) and meets monthly.

In 2019, the CDC members chose to produce Talent & Business Attraction videos for the region. Aaron Peterson Studios  was chosen to produce the videos. One video will be produced for each of the 11 counties, highlighting assets of each area to attract talent and businesses to this beautiful region.
