Discover Northeast Michigan

The City of Harrisville has been working with the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments to update the city's recreation plan in order for the city to be eligible for grant funding from the Michigan DNR. The draft plan is now available for public review. Public comments may be submitted to Christina McEmber at cmcember@nemcog.org, or at the City of Harrisville Hall, 200 North 5^th Street, Harrisville, MI 48740.  The draft plan is available by clicking below or at the Harrisville City Hall.
