Alexis came to Michigan Works! for help with tuition assistance. She was working as a Patient Access Representative, but wanted to get her RN certification.

Michigan Works! was able to help Alexis not only with her tuition, but also with test costs, mileage assistance, and clothing reimbursement for work required clothing.

Alexis passed the NCLEX on her first try and completed her AAS in Nursing with a 3.6 GPA. With a few job leads from Michigan Works!, Alexis secured an RN position at OMH.
