REQUEST FOR BID: MONTHLY OFFICE CLEANING
The Northeast Consortium Michigan Works! (NEMC) is requesting bids for monthly office cleaning at their Lincoln and Mio offices, located at:
202 Second, Ste B, Lincoln, MI 48742
and
1329 S Mount Tom Road, Mio, MI 48647
Expectations include: clean floors, windows, glass entry door, dust furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, and empty trash.
- Vacuum all carpeting
- Sweep & mop all tile or linoleum floors
- Wipe off all tables, chairs, bookshelves
- Dust all computers
- Clean front door glass
- Empty all trash containers
- Clean all sinks and toilets
- Clean all mirrors
